Overview of PMKSY
The Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PMKSY) scheme is a progressive scheme which has been launched for the farmers, which helps them by giving ₹6,000 every year. This money is paid in three installments of 2000 each in a year.
Recent Update
Recently, ₹4,000 has been credited into the bank accounts of eligible farmers. This is part of the scheme’s usual payments. The list of the beneficiaries for 2024 is given below to know who has got these payments.
Important Information
1. eKYC Requirement: Farmers will be required to do their eKYC which is the electronic know your customer. This can be done through the use or the hand set or at the CSCS which are the common service centers.
2. 18th Installment: The 18th installment of ₹2,000 is also going to be released shortly. It will be communicated in October the specific date.
3. Eligibility: Each family is allowed to have one member benefit from the program. Also, those who own the cultivated land are the only ones who are allowed to apply. The scheme is not available to anyone who was under the age of 18 on the 1st of February 2019.
How to Verify the Status of a Beneficiary
1. Visit the official PMKSY website: pmkisan.gov.in.
2. Go to the “Know Your Status” section and input your registration number.
3. Please follow the following steps to check your payment status.
Additional Notes
If you would like to find out whether other farmers in your village are beneficiaries, you can access the beneficiary list from the website through the state, district, block, and village.
